Director Daniel Mutton has over 15 years’ experience in the civil and building industries. With a strong track record of managing projects on time and under budget.
Daniel works closely with all of our clients to guarantee that each project achieves a successful outcome with the highest quality finishes. He is heavily involved in the day-to-day site management, which ensures our clients have clear lines of communication for the duration of their project.

What is a boutique builder?
A boutique builder creates homes designed to your lifestyle, needs and budget.
We spend a lot of time with our clients before we sign contracts to ensure you have considered every element and so you are building within your budget constraints.
We only take on a few clients at a time, so we are not a high-volume builder.

Being a boutique builder, we don’t have a range of floor plans and facades for you to choose from.
We work with your building designer or architect to ensure the design suits your lifestyle, block and budget. When a builder and designer work closely together it ensures that you get the best design for the best price.
Alcove Projects has been involved in a variety of ‘Projects’, which is why we emphasis projects not building in our name.
